一个问题:在第一部分中,您缺少了一个状态机。查看Case语句以及它们如何使用状态机。在您编写的代码中所发生的事情是,LCD_RD、LCD_RW等将被您在if语句中的最后一行代码替换。在此之前的一切都将被闲置。

另一个问题是: InitDone永远不会被设置为'1‘。永远不会。
