GCF部署失败(地域/计费)

我不能再部署功能了，即使在其他项目上也是如此。我一如既往地使用gcloud functions deploy ...进行部署，现在我得到了这个错误

Node.js 8 Firebase云功能目前正在逐步淘汰，因为Node.js 8最近被Node.js基金会进行了marked end as "end-of-life"。

在2021年2月15日之后，将停止部署Node.js 8函数，并执行已部署的Node.js functions will stop after March 15, 2021。

如果您最近切换到Node.js 10 Firebase云功能，这些功能需要Blaze即付即用计费计划和Firebase CLI≥8.1.0。使用Spark free层，you cannot deploy Node.js 10 Firebase cloud functions。

错误消息“原因:所属项目的计费帐户在不存在的状态下被禁用”提供了导致此问题的一些信息。
