CRM & Exchange邮箱仍未使用服务器端同步进行连接。您必须配置CRM邮箱记录以同步约会、联系人和任务(只能在任何一个环境中配置)

转到您的客户关系管理系统用户记录并打开关联的邮箱记录，验证邮箱是否已正确配置为接收/发送/操作、O365全局管理员批准，然后单击“测试并启用”。
