使用PHP Mysql上传图片

Question

此代码不会打印上传图像的临时名称，也不会上传my Photo文件夹中的任何图片。而是打印图像名称。它能正常工作在其他计算机上。问题出在哪里？请帮帮我。我使用的是php版本5.6.20
