Angular 2通用Heroku部署

尝试使用：

// Server
app.listen((process.env.PORT || 3000), () => {
  console.log('Listening on port %d', this.address().port);
});

而不是

// Server
app.listen(3000, () => {
  console.log('Listening on: http://localhost:3000');
});

使用heroku提供的端口，而不是硬编码3000。
