在32位进程上运行时,确实需要为内存映射留出一些空间。1.2 GB的堆大小接近您在Win XP上可以拥有的最大堆大小(因此在更高版本的windows的32位仿真系统上也是如此)。
您可以做的是将块/块大小从默认的64MB减少到1MB。这将减少内存映射的大小。
但是,更好/更简单/更快的解决方案是使用64位JVM。实际上,这将为您提供大约100,000倍的虚拟内存。
如果您还不能使用64位JVM,您可以使用Java客户端连接到Chronicle。这将允许您运行运行64位Chronicle的服务器,并让32位客户端访问该数据。
