如何在Windows中使用bootsnap修复‘无法构建gem本地扩展’错误

我使用的是Windows，刚刚安装了Ruby on Rails，ruby的版本是2.6.3p62 (2019-04-16版本67580) x64-mingw32，rails的版本是6.0.0。在运行rails时，会运行新博客(跟随this tutorial)包安装。

我尝试过重新安装Ruby，更改它的版本，甚至删除bootsnap并运行其他程序，但即使是在尝试安装puma gem时，我也得到了相同的错误。

实际上，Bootsnap无论如何都不能在Windows上运行，所以我建议直接从Gemfile中删除它。如果你想把它留在生产环境中，也许你应该有条件地把它包含在下面这样的东西中：
