我对Elixir还不熟悉。我希望它类似于Python或R，在这两种语言中，模块可以很容易地下载并保持更新。

以下是贾斯汀·伍德描述的步骤。mix是elixir的包管理器。

如果你想在iex中使用HTTPoison，下面是你应该做的：

$ mix new myproj

* creating README.md
* creating .formatter.exs
* creating .gitignore
* creating mix.exs
* creating config
* creating config/config.exs
* creating lib
* creating lib/myproj.ex
* creating test
* creating test/test_helper.exs
* creating test/myproj_test.exs

Your Mix project was created successfully.
You can use "mix" to compile it, test it, and more:

    cd myproj
    mix test

Run "mix help" for more commands.

$ cd myproj

3)进入hex.pm，查找最新版本的look毒药：

在右上角的mix.exs下，复制元组{:httpoison, "~> 1.5"}。
