我发现了一个不太理想且不安全的临时解决方案，即通过在C:\path_to_python_libraries\contextily\tile.py，第443行设置verify=False来关闭SSL验证，这样它就变成了：

request = requests.get(tile_url, headers={"user-agent": USER_AGENT}, verify=False)

这种解决方案不太理想，但在找到永久解决方案之前，它可以完成这项工作。我仍然希望有一个灵魂在那里，知道如何干净和永久地解决这个问题。
