您的coroutineContext设置错误。相反,您应该拥有
override val coroutineContext = Dispatchers.MAIN + job如果您曾经需要IO dispatcher,那么明确地要求它:
withContext(Dispatchers.IO) { ... blocking IO code ... }要挂起协程,请调用suspendCancellableCoroutine,否则您将无法从结构化并发中获得任何好处。
另一个细节是,不要在suspendCancellableCoroutine块中的it.resume之后编写任何代码。如果调度程序选择在resume调用中立即恢复协程,那么直到协程的所有代码都运行完毕(或者至少在下一个挂起点之前),该代码才会执行。

通过使用suspendCoroutine,您可以在调度程序上调用所提供的代码,该调度程序在运行时调用挂起的函数。由于大多数调度程序不在Looper线程上运行(几乎只有Dispatchers.MAIN运行),所以对Looper.myLooper()的调用失败。
文档中说,您可以用null替换Looper.myLooper(),以便在未指定的线程上调用回调。然后,内置的协程调度程序将确保将其路由到正确的线程以恢复执行。
编辑:您可能需要调用it.intercepted().resume(latLng)来确保将结果分派到正确的线程。我不能完全确定默认情况下是否会拦截suspendCoroutine延续。
此外,您不需要调用fusedLocationProviderClient.removeLocationUpdates(this),因为您已经将LocationRequest中的更新次数设置为1。
