rownum不会像你想的那样做。我觉得你把它和rowid搞混了

update tbl a 
    set transseq = (select sqtransseq
                    from (select t.*,
                                 row_number() OVER(Partition by location order by location) as sqtransseq 
                          from tbl t
                         ) b
                    where a.rowid = b.rowid
                   );

但是，这不起作用，因为窗口函数不允许使用rowid。您可以使用将rowid转换为字符串的技巧来实现这一点：

update tbl a 
    set transseq = (select sqtransseq
                    from (select t.*, rowidtochar(rowid) as rowid_str,
