一个快速的解决方法是强制覆盖导致错误的文件，但是要小心：

sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/kde-config-telepathy-accounts_4%3a15.12.3-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb

然后是fix安装：

sudo apt-get -f install
