apt-get update所做的是从您添加的远程存储库中刷新您的包列表，这样在安装任何东西时都不需要提取包列表。您收到的错误消息告诉您，您的PPA中有一个(或几个)返回404错误(在您的例子中，屏幕-dev似乎没有为Werewolf构建的包)。
