您仍然远远低于SSD的写入周期限制,这是一个基于MLC的SSD,因此应该容忍大约3000次写入周期,这意味着ca. 256GB*3000=768 TB编写。所以我会说你很安全。
但您的智能数据显示,您现在已经有238个重新分配(失败)部门。与驱动器上的数亿个扇区相比,这个数字仍然很低,但对我来说,只有60-70个写周期之后,你的SSD就有失败的块,这让我感到惊讶。你的SSD有空余空间吗?SSD需要一些空闲空间才能有效地管理驱动器上的磨损。如果驱动器几乎是满的,它的磨损更快,因为增加写磨损平衡算法。
这里是一个在写测试下显示840 PRO 256 GB SSD的图形。在写完300 TB后,它仍然是零,或非常接近于零再分配扇区。在不到20次肺结核之后,你就有200多个了。
您正在使用该驱动器的最新固件。我不想让你担心,但我认为你应该联系三星的智能输出,并询问他们的意见。我觉得你的硬盘有点问题。

您可以在Runtime_bad_block行(238,原始值)中看到坏块计数,它是Program_Fail_Cnt_Total (238,这是失败的写入操作)、Erase_Fail_Count_Total (0,失败的擦除操作)和失败的读取操作的总和。因此,在生成智能输出时,驱动器上的失败读取操作为238-238-0=0,因此您没有任何失败的读取,也没有任何数据丢失。
如果您的驱动器在不久的将来也会遇到失败读取(这意味着Runtime_bad_block将不等于Program_Fail_Cnt_Total + Erase_Fail_Count_Total),潜在的数据丢失,我会再次联系三星。在那之前好好享受你的SSD吧。
