不能正确安装Lazarus

我在安装和运行Lazarus的过程中遇到了一些小问题。我刚把ubuntu从13.04升级到13.10。当我有13.04的时候，我可以在没有任何问题的情况下安装lazarus，但是在13.10 lazarus神奇地消失了，当我尝试从ubuntu软件中心安装它时，它说在我的软件资源lazarus-ide-0.9.30.4是不存在的。

在对网络进行了一些研究之后，我尝试删除早期安装中的所有文件，从sourceforge下载deb包并安装它们，但是当我想安装fpc-src时，错误会显示为输出：

我所做的就是删除(实际上重命名)位于我/home/usr/fpc.cfg中的fpc.cfg文件，因为我有一个冲突的文件位于/etc/fpc.cfg。主文件将覆盖etc文件。在删除/home/usr/目录中的文件之前，只需确保fpc.cfg文件位于etc目录中。
