我也有同样的问题，但是改变tx的力量对我没有任何影响。我不得不禁用hw加密。我做到了

sudo modprobe -r ath9k
sudo modprobe ath9k nohwencrypt=1

重新连接后效果很好。为了永久的改变，我做了这个

sudo -s
echo "options ath9k nohwcrypt=1" > /etc/modprobe.d/ath9k.conf
