Upstart不加载服务

Question

我有一台没有问题的机器，但是很多服务都没有启动。

登录时的运行级别是“N2”。

服务可以手动启动，但不能在启动时启动。

我运行10.04.3与所有最新的更新。我已经找到了下面的bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ifupdown/+bug/497299?comments=all，没有任何工作！
