我公司的IT部门主要是Windows运行操作，为了更安全起见，他们正在改变Macintosh计算机登录到我们内部网络的方式，以便他们像Windows同行一样使用Active Directory。
我已经在我的Mac上获得了行政许可，并且我能够做我过去在软件安装的认证方面所能做的大部分事情。
然而，有一个问题：“软件更新”功能不起作用。当我试图让Mac从Apple菜单中执行其软件更新时，普通窗口将显示必须更新的内容；我能够选择要更新的内容，并单击“更新”按钮，但随后什么也不会发生。
它不像以前那样要求身份验证，计算机不执行任何下载或安装(它有时要求我同意iTunes的许可协议)。
我可以单独下载更新并安装它们，没有任何问题，但是自动更新失败。我宁愿像以前一样使用Software菜单项:它要方便得多。

我也有同样的问题，问题的根源是没有使用移动账户。为网络用户启用移动帐户，对其进行修复。
