您的日志显示，MySQL正在对所有表记录执行线性扫描以获得所需的行--这是因为guid没有索引。

假设wp_rb_posts只是带有稍微修改前缀的普通posts表，那么您只需为该字段添加一个索引，就会看到一个显著的改进。
