Ubuntu22.04由于Firefox而冻结(有时只有3个选项卡)

Question

我的系统上安装了Ubuntu22.04，内存为16 1TB，磁盘空间为1TB。

运行大量资源密集型的应用程序/进程确实(并且应该在逻辑上)导致系统结冰/中断，然后必须重新启动系统。

但是在运行Firefox时，不管其他后台应用程序的资源消耗有多低，系统的冻结概率都很高，有时只有3个打开的选项卡。如果浏览器缓存是一个问题，我倾向于在私有模式下浏览，但这并不能阻止系统崩溃。

我在系统监视器中记录了CPU的消耗，我的系统已经崩溃了好几次，没有超过20%的RAM使用量。Firefox也没有来自这些实例的任何崩溃报告。我已经尝试过Mozilla建议的几个修复(关闭硬件加速等)，但是没有一个改进了我的情况。我记得运行了4到5个窗口，每个窗口至少有5个选项卡，从来没有遇到过崩溃。请帮我解决这个问题。

评论中的建议解决了我的问题。总之，我的系统禁用了systemd-oomd。我通过sysctl接口启用了它，此后我的系统就没有崩溃。当火狐中有太多的标签或窗口时，有时可能会有延迟，但这些延迟从来没有像以前那样螺旋上升到整个系统的冻结状态。

我还建议像@Matigo所建议的那样，尝试添加交换空间，因为这样可以减轻RAM的负担，特别是当RAM在处理Firefox、Chrome或Brave等浏览器的过度需求时更是如此。
