我买了一台华为MateBook D 16笔记本电脑。它是随Windows 11从供应商提供的,并按预期工作。在安装了Ubuntu22.04和所有最新更新之后,我遇到了一个问题。当我闭上盖子打开盖子的时候它就醒不过来了。我登录到我的工作区,什么也做不了。如果Chrome浏览器是打开的,它不会响应,在我的行为中消失。Ubuntu菜单没有出现。我不能启动任何程序。我搜索了解决方案,但没有任何帮助。只有硬重启(保持电源按钮按下)有帮助,但它不方便日常使用。

我现在在同一台笔记本电脑上也有同样的问题。这似乎是由于SSD没有从暂停状态中清醒过来所致。我运气不错,昨天开始工作了,但我无法复制它。

目前,一个很好的解决方法是使用休眠而不是挂起,但随着时间的推移,这可能会削弱SSD。
