Ubuntu 21.04 -当鼠标被移动时，高CPU会加速。

我对Ubuntu 21.04上的CPU有以下问题。在20.10版和以前的版本中，情况并非如此。

当鼠标在我的电脑上频繁移动时，我有巨大的CPU尖峰。温度在60℃以上。

gnome-shell进程加载CPU。

• CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 5950X - frequency boost默认启用
• GPU - NVIDIA GP102 [GeForce GTX 1080 Ti] - ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1080 Mini
• nvidia-driver-460 (NVIDIA Corporation: GP102[GeForce GTX 1080 Ti]) -使用专有的driver
• 鼠标- Razer Basilisk Ultimate Wireless
• 启用直接呈现。
• $ echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE ==> x11 - Xorg是默认情况下使用的，而不是Wayland，因为我在板上使用了NVIDIA。
