我也遇到了同样的问题，我尝试用Raspberri Pi Imager、Balena Etcher和正式的ubuntu指令在我的32 no卡上安装最新的映像( https://ubuntu.com/download/raspberry-pi-core )，并得到了相同的结果:没有启动。我在新的Raspberri 4上成功引导的唯一Ubuntu是带有Imager的Ubuntu服务器20。我还尝试按这里指定的方式修改conf文件(https://jamesachambers.com/raspberry-pi-ubuntu-server-18-04-2-installation-guide/ )，但没有任何结果。
