HP彩色激光喷射M280nw:扫描仪不工作

Question

我试图使惠普M280nw扫描仪工作，但没有成功。我在不同的操作系统上尝试过，但是，它工作得更好的一个是19.10。

我现在在20.04，它发布了3.20.3版本的hplip。然而，现在一切都如期而至，但我以前不知道的是安装专有插件(hp-plugin -i)。

如果我没有在新的配置上安装插件，扫描器的行为就像检测到的问题扫描器，但是扫描错误。

我们这里有两个问题：

• PIL.Image版本的问题是一个打包依赖错误-我把它报告为bug 1851918。
• 扫描器的问题可能与python映像有关，但即使是二进制HPLIP安装程序也无法找到和安装正确的版本:安装缺少的可选依赖项.警告:缺少选项“扫描”的可选依赖项: pil ( Python图像库(命令行扫描和hp扫描所必需的)警告:此安装程序不能为您的发行版/OS和/或版本安装“pil”。运行SCANJET依赖项命令..。sudo apt-获取安装-假设-是的，python( Scanjet -依赖于步骤9)警告:未能安装此Scanjet依赖程序包。一些Scanjet功能将无法工作。因此，扫描将不工作，即使二进制hplip安装程序从HPLIP网站。

最后，我建议安装Ubuntu18.04LTS，以防止所有这些噩梦。
