我在Kubuntu 18上，这显然是基于Ubuntu 18的。我拆卸了我的笔记本电脑，并注意到热润滑脂没有有效覆盖CPU表面。还有，我的笔记本电脑风扇有点脏。我清理了它，组装了我的笔记本电脑，然后问题就解决了。谢谢大家的答复。
