爪子邮件不断崩溃

我在Ubuntu 14.04 (32位)上使用了爪子邮件v.3.9.3。到上周为止，它已经运转良好多年了。现在，当我检查一个电子邮件帐户，它显示它下载电子邮件，然后，当完成，它崩溃，没有下载电子邮件。

我最终删除了程序并清除了使用这里的方法文件

我重新安装它，它运行良好，我的所有数据仍然在那里。
