大多数Ubuntu镜像都是x86 (i386 arch) & x86_64 (amd64)的镜像，并且不包括像arm64这样的许多其他体系结构。所以你有两个选择

• 只使用主镜像archive.ubuntu.com/..
• 在country.mirror中添加一个仅使用x86/x86_64的限制

第二个选项的一个例子是

最后，我按照这个答案中的说明下载了(在我的例子中) artful.tar.gz升级包：
