如何安装夹板？

我目前正在尝试在本地安装openSUSE Leap 15.2发行版(没有sudo特权)。

我试着遵循这里的指令：

在我的主目录中：

git clone https://github.com/splintchecker/splint

之后，我输入了splint目录。下一个指令是运行configure。但当时没有这样的档案。按照这里的建议，我运行了：

autoreconf -i

然后：

./configure
make

在这一点上，建设似乎是成功的。所以我试着运行splint，得到了一条command-not-found消息。

这里的回答似乎是建议运行make install，所以我接下来尝试了，但没有结果。
