最后解决了安装后台内核和固件的问题。

• 启用backports回购

| sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/buster-backports.list
sudo apt update

• 安装支持移植的内核(不破坏任何东西)

sudo apt install -t buster-backports linux-image-amd64

• 安装ati固件

sudo apt install -t buster-backports firmware-linux firmware-linux-nonfree

重新启动
