三星SSD失败(无法访问分区,i/o错误)

我的三星SSD 860 EVO 250 14在短短14个月后突然失败。它是Win10 PC机的系统驱动器,很少使用。我很确定这是烤面包,但因为里面有几千张我真的想保存的照片,所以我想看看还有什么我还能做的。

在PC不再启动(“没有启动媒体在场”)之后,我取出它,并尝试通过供电的SATA/USB适配器将它连接到我的另一台PC上(既有旧的,也有来自带USB3.0的Inateck的新的)。虽然它没有出现在“我的PC”下,但它认识到有一些东西和磁盘在设备管理器和磁盘管理中作为未初始化的磁盘出现。但是尝试初始化它失败了,因为IO错误和磁盘类型的闪烁在存在和消失。对于旧的SATA适配器,我尝试使用不同的SATA电缆,但结果是一样的。现在我在我的xubuntu盒子上试了一下。这是我到目前为止所拥有的,我想知道是否还能做更多的工作。
