  1. 我还做了一些随笔记本电脑打包的内存诊断测试,其中没有一个返回任何错误(除非有人要求,否则不会在这里发布)。
  2. 每次重新安装Linux之后,问题会在某个时候再次出现(虽然我认为如果我尽量将磁盘保持为空的话,则需要更长的时间才能出现)。此外,安装中的“刷新”选项似乎无助于我完全重新安装Linux。

修正尝试:

  1. 当我重新安装Linux时,这个问题通常会在几天后再次出现,似乎与我在硬盘上放了多少东西有关。如果我故意把它保持在最低限度,那么在坠机发生之前似乎要花更长的时间。上一次崩溃发生在我通过python进行半密集( 100 MBs)读写操作时。
  2. arch (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Solid_状态_驱动器/NVMe)中有一个提示,即三星在Linux4.10上的驱动器错误,驱动器错误可能会发生,并导致系统不稳定。这似乎是驱动器无法使用的节电状态的结果。添加内核参数nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=55004.将禁用最低省电状态,从而防止写入错误。我的也是三星(更多细节见下文),所以我做了建议,但这似乎没有帮助。
  3. 我通过lfv更新了我的所有固件,尽管那里没有ssd更新,主要是bios。这解决了其他一些问题,但没有解决这个特定的问题。

不过,我对如何继续工作没有太多的想法,因为我对硬件几乎一无所知,也不想输入我不知道的随机内核参数。

听起来你对NVMe硬件设备有问题。您可以尝试从恢复USB映像启动并在badblocks设备上运行NVMe,或者如果有三星诊断工具来擦除/测试设备,您可以运行吗?
