在输出中可以看到包是用GPG键0x3C3359C4签名的。查看软膜密钥列表，您会发现这是Fedora 32的签名密钥。但是，看看/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-rawhide.repo，就可以看到它使用$releasever来解析密钥。在我的系统中，这是Fedora 31的关键，因此它不能工作。我刚把这个改成了32，然后就成功了。
