假设风扇全速运行，手动控制速度不会有任何更好的效果。一般来说，您有三种选择：

1. 增加热流
2. 增加冷却面积
3. 减少发热量

有了笔记本电脑，你对1和2的选择是非常有限的。你可能想检查一下气流.冷却风扇里可能有污垢。热传导胶也有磨损的可能。如果出现这种情况，CPU就会升温，但是从设备中吹出的空气是很酷的。

我建议探索选项3。使用CPU频率缩放，或者--如果它们存在的话-- BIOS的超频机制来降低CPU的时钟。渲染过程显然需要更长的时间，但系统将保持冷静。

对于nVidia GPU，您还可以选择性能配置文件，有时还可以选择时钟速度。
