我在Windows2012SQLServer 2017的R2虚拟机上也遇到了同样的问题。解决方案是安装.Net 4.7.2SDK。我不知道运行时是否足够，但是SDK为我修复了它！在检查需求时，安装状态是.Net 4.0已安装，但安装失败！

希望它能帮上忙，即使我的拼写不是最好的:)
