The encoder 'aac' is experimental but experimental codecs are not enabled, add '-strict -2' if you want to use it.

它并没有真正显示为错误。这让我明白(也要感谢一些评论)，我的ffmpeg版本真的很老了。在更新之前，我通过在命令中添加选项-strict -2来压缩视频

但是，我强烈建议将FFmpeg更新为最新版本(我遵循了此链接)。
