升级后的Apache2超长等待

Question

在从Debian 8切换到9和PHP5.6到7.0之后，我有一个非常高的等待(TTFB) (见截图)，我不知道为什么。

这个问题通常只在(任意)子页上发生一次。如果你再加载页面，它又是超快的。缓存不能这样吗？我不知所措，朋友们。

很可能是个错误。说得通对吧？

选择PHP7.2/7.3还是停留在7.0更好？你是什么意思？
