您不需要在您的Email模型上有一个User字段，因为它已经存在于AbstractUser中。所以，只要改变这个：

    email = models.EmailField(max_length=255, default=None, blank=True, null=True)

对此：

    is_vendor = models.BooleanField(default=False)

您可以继续使用Email字段，因为它包含在AbstractUser中。
