您已经在app/bin/wkhtmltoimage-amd64中添加了二进制文件，但是您指定了Rails.root.join('bin', 'wkhtmltoimage-amd64')，即bin/wkhtmltoimage-amd64。

• 将Rails.root.join('bin', 'wkhtmltoimage-amd64')更改为Rails.root.join('app', 'bin', 'wkhtmltoimage-amd64')。
