当试图向美国国税局a2a系统发送时接收TPE错误1105

Question

每当我试图通过A2A向国税局提交时，我都会收到TPE 1105。我曾翻看过肥皂例子，也曾多次深入水务署，未能找出究竟是甚麽原因造成这个问题。

我首先注意到的是，UserId的命名空间与我目前使用的名称空间不同。看起来您正在为acabusinessheader使用名称空间，而它应该是common名称空间，将其更改为我下面更改的名称空间，至少会使用正确的命名空间。
