I尝试：

ionic cordova platform remove android
ionic cordova platform add android

在此之后，我安装了Android4.3中的所有SDK和19.0.3中的所有Android构建工具，但即便如此也于事无补。

Ps:无论我如何设置到ANDROID_HOME的路径(~/..bash_profile，~/..bashrc)，但仍然使用android_HOME=/usr/lib/android

有什么想法吗？

1)终端为根

$ sudo -s

2)向~/.bash_profile或~/.bashrc添加路径

3)完成！
