Laravel5.3.31安装没有得到正确的依赖版本

我已经安装了Laravel5.3.31和PHP5.6.32，但是看来composer无法安装Doctrine和Symfony的正确版本，因为即使在删除供应商目录和composer.lock文件并运行composer install之后，我仍然会继续得到上面引用的错误。
