我遇到了一个类似的问题。在将stream_results=True放到查询中之后，我就遇到了问题。

对我来说，参数net_write_timeout引起了麻烦。当stream_results=True和应用程序没有立即读取从MySQL服务器发送的所有数据时，在MySQL服务器端，到应用程序的写通信(发送数据包)就会被阻塞。net_write_timeout似乎是一个参数，它控制MySQL服务器写入被阻塞的套接字操作所允许的连接时间。

因此，我将net_write_timeout参数从60 (默认)更改为3600，并解决了这个问题。
