我试图计算非常简单的计算:加载、过滤、缓存和计算一个大数据集。我的数据包含4,500 GB (4.8TB) ORC格式,包含51,317,951,565 (510亿)行。
首先,我用以下集群尝试了这个过程:
1个主节点-m4.xsize-4 cpu,16 gb内存 150个核心节点-r3.xsize-4 cpu,29 gb Mem 150个任务节点-r3.xsize-4 cpu,29 gb Mem
但OutOfMemoryError失败了。
当我查看Spark和Ganglia时,我发现应用程序加载了80%以上的数据后,驱动节点变得太忙,而执行器停止工作(CPU使用率很低),直到崩溃。
然后,我尝试执行相同的进程,只需将驱动程序节点增加到:
1个主节点-m4.2xsize-8 cpu,31 gb内存
而且它成功了。
我不明白为什么驱动节点内存使用会在崩溃之前得到满足。AFAIK只有执行者在加载和处理任务,数据不应该传递给主程序。原因是什么?

1)我尝试将StorageLevel改为cache()和DISK_ONLY,但不影响结果。
2)检查了“划痕空间”的体积,发现90%以上的“划痕空间”仍未使用。
