Spring: Log4j不写入日志文件

我将log4j.properties放在src/main/java中，如图所示(实际上，我也把它放在src/main/resources中，但它对我的问题没有帮助)。现在，我希望日志记录被重定向到文件{$log}/log.out，但是没有创建这样的文件，我只看到控制台上的日志记录。我哪里错了？

日志配置需要在src/main/resources中，并且应该命名为log4j2-spring.xml或log4j2.xml。

Log4j2仍然支持属性格式，不完全确定这是否适用于Spring。
