您的程序的基本结构看起来差不多可以,您只是不正确地使用异步I/O调用。每当没有新文件时,事件句柄的等待就会立即超时,这是很好的,但是您随后会发出一个全新的I/O请求,但这不是。
这就是为什么您正在耗尽系统资源;您发出的I/O请求是完全倾斜的,而不需要等待它们中的任何一个完成。只有在现有请求完成后才能发出新请求。
(另外,您应该调用GetOverlappedResult来检查I/O是否成功。)
