感谢@Les Nightingill，我找到了问题所在。

它与资产生成没有直接联系，但在日志中的第一个错误行中指出了问题：

global-2.0.0/lib/global/base.rb:16:in `configuration'

在捆绑包更新之后，Global gem被更新到2.0，并且配置语法发生了变化。

纠正这一点，使所有工作都很好。
