通过增加标签计数来添加图像

在这里，当按钮点击标签计数是递增时& decrements.While标签计数增量图像将由相应的count.here添加我的用于递增标签计数的代码

但是我需要在增加标签计数的同时显示，然后通过one.like自动增加图像
