ESM是弹性服务经理-Cloudify的策划者。由于某些原因，当REST调用到达Cloudify管理器时，它找不到ESM (应该总是有一个在运行)。

您需要查看cloudify web-ui，看看是否可以找到orchestrator组件。您还可以查看相关机器上代理的日志--如果ESM崩溃并未能重新启动，您应该会在那里看到一些指示。

通常，即使ESM失败，也应该自动重新启动。您的机器是否有可能在内存或CPU上耗尽？这可能会导致网络发现问题。

另外，请记住Cloudify 2已经到了生命的尽头--您可能需要考虑迁移到Cloudify 3。
