似乎没有办法使媒体对象更新日期/时间。即使使用端点检索单个媒体对象的详细信息，它也只包含创建的时间。

如果您正在搜索的标记最近已经添加到旧媒体对象中，则所使用的端点将为您提供旧媒体对象。
