不要在'define‘(-D)参数后面加空格：

sonar-scanner -Dsonar.projectKey=MyProject -Dsonar.sources=. -Dsonar.jdbc.url=jdbc:sqlserver:localhost;databaseName=sonar;integratedSecurity=true
